Frequently asked questions

All of our rentals are for the full house. We do not rent by the room.

Are linens and bath towels provided? Answer: Yes.

Please bring towels for the hot tub and swimming in the lake and river. 

Do your hot tubs run all year? Answer: Yes.

What are the check in and out times?: Check in is at 3:00 pm and check out is 11:00 am.

All of our homes are pet friendly. Well behaved dogs are allowed. The cost is $25 per night per pet. $100 max. per pet.

Are dish/dishwasher soap, paper towels, tp and garbage bags provided? Answer: Yes.

Is there a grill? Answer: Yes, it’s propane (and there is a spare tank on the premises).

Is there a grocery store in town? Answer: Yes. The Foodmart is the main grocery store. There is also a produce market and a Dollar General.

Do you provide firewood for the outside fire pits? Answer: No.

Should we bring firewood for the outside fire pit? Answer: NO! It is not provided, but please gather dead wood on the property or purchase locally to prevent the spreading of the Emerald Ash Borer. More info here: There are many places around town that sell firewood, including the Foodmart.

We do provide firewood for the Riverhouse inside fireplace. The Stonehouse has gas logs.

All of our homes have regular drip coffee makers. They have re-usable gold cone filters.

Do we need 4WD to get to the house in the winter? Answer: No, the road to the house is well maintained. Although 4WD isn’t a bad idea in the mountains in the winter.

Cancelation Policy – A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur a $50 penalty.
